      You need to be okay with dishonesty working here

      Pros

      Some of the team members are experts in their field and you will have great exposure to them.

      Cons

      Dishonesty plagues middle management. You will need to be comfortable telling clients one thing when you know it's another. Holding somebody accountable for dishonesty is a career limiting move. Proceed with caution.

      There are brilliant people on the team who can help you grow professionally.

      Cons

      I don't believe they're fully transparent about compensation. There is no work-life balance, and rude behavior by colleagues isn't dealt with. Only people who do their job are held accountable for their output; other employees can miss deadlines by 6+ months, and it would be fine. There is no consistency in the treatment of employees, and thus, the acknowledgment of KPIs is distorted.
