Pros

They hire great people, just treat them poorly. Serves a great population of underprivileged students.

Cons

Poor communication, bully tactics, lack of cohesive direction, teachers left with no support and few resources for special Ed and troubled students, home visits are a horrible and dangerous idea for young women (who often go by themselves), administration plays favorites.

Pros

Teachers are friendly and hardworking. There are a lot of digital resources available. The building is new and there is a lot of good, working tech. Students and families are great and easy to work with.

Cons

Admin is somewhat overbearing. They expect teachers to utilize a ton of digital programs to the fullest, which doesn't work with all teacher's styles. Small mistakes are met with threats of termination.

Pros

Not many pros here... Students were kind and parents were very supportive of teachers

Cons

Management cared a TON about testing. Hopefully you're ready to fit the mold of their perfect teacher. Meetings every day. No planning time. Buses a disaster. Superintendents use fear tactics and intimidation often.
