Pros

Awesome people to work with, really friendly and helpful! Discounted eggs to take home each week!

Cons

The office was next to the factory where they produced egg products, so the smell wasn't always great... Production issues meant that many customers were not happy

Pros

There are paths for progression and development for those who want it. There is a lot to learn and it can be quite interesting.

Cons

At our site in Thornton we have a huge problem with bullying, intimidation and aggressive behaviour that is being ignored despite countless complaints by many to the general manager. This seems to be due to a personal relationship that the perpetrator of these actions has with the general manager. There is also a significant amount of favouritism based on personal relationships with the top managers across the board. There have also been negative consequences for people who have stood up for themselves against this behaviour. I.e they have been let go.
