Pros
Great family run company (Although understand has recently gone through a large transition with the continued explosion of darts industry) Everyone a pleasure to work with Fast-paced environment, with autonomy to work and learn Cannot speak highly enough about their care for staff over my time working there Gave me my first opportunity in this field and supported all the way through in development and learning
Cons
Relatively poor standard of pay compared to similar roles, however pretty much in-line with the area
