      A Company Plagued by Psychological and Sexual Misconduct

      Pros

      If you’re just beginning your career and only want to pass the days, this company is fine for you — nothing more than that.

      Cons

      No salary increments. No employee benefits. Leave requests are rarely approved. Very low wages and poor bonuses. Frequent mental harassment from the CEO. Constant personal and family drama involving the CEO. Female employees face sexual harassment and feel unsafe due to the CEO’s behavior, creating an unsafe environment for women. No opportunities for promotion.

      Unprofessional, Asked for My Previous Salary

What matters is the value someone brings to the role, not what they were making before.
