      Just awful place & management

      None that I can think of.

      Cons

      Minorities not welcome here...women are viewed as not as capable as men, no blacks, hispanics or other minorities worked there while I was employed. Lots of CYA. When managers fire employees, they get another to do it - scared of that, but not conflict or confrontation. Almost everyone I worked with has been fired. High turnover. Just a bad place overall, in everyway. Was miserable there, like all the other employees. At least the techs got commission plus hourly wages. Office staff got the shaft.

      Thank you for the feedback. Although I cannot comment on the environment in 2012, I am happy to report that now we are a diverse and thriving culture with low turnover.

During the pandemic, we did postpone our annual merit in order to ensure we could come out of it strong--but have every intention to reward our employees as soon as we can. We welcome you to bring your concerns forward to your manager or the HR team. We strive to have a healthy environment where we are all heard and all contribute.
