The sales director is micro managing (looking each emails, challenging every decisions), screaming and if it's not his idea he will be gatekeeping informations or won't be collaborative at all. The VP and operation director have not shown expected leadership Compensation is ok-ish below market No work life balance you can expect calls pretty much at any time and be required to do WFH on the weekend but never on the weekday or when it helps you have work life balance. The company I experienced is clueless regarding every aspects of change management, continuous improvement, project management, etc. and i wish them to realise how important it is in their growth
