Pros

Occasional lunches. I mean this with all my heart, very occasional.

Cons

I feel compelled to share my experience and provide an honest review of the work environment in this place. Unfortunately, I must express my utmost disappointment and concern regarding the company's treatment of its employees. The pervasive culture of gaslighting and silent bullying has created an atmosphere of manipulation and fear, making it difficult for employees to thrive and reach their full potential. I witnessed how manipulative language was used as a tool to undermine and control employees. The management seemed to excel at distorting the truth, making individuals doubt their own capabilities, and ultimately silencing their voices. Gaslighting techniques were employed to erode confidence, hinder professional growth, and maintain a toxic power dynamic within the workplace. Moreover, the silent bullying that took place behind closed doors was truly disheartening (chat where they mocked their team). Employees were subjected to subtle forms of mistreatment, such as exclusion, constant criticism, and spreading of false information. This insidious behavior created an undercurrent of fear and insecurity, leaving individuals feeling isolated and demoralized. It is deeply concerning to witness a corporate company engage in such toxic practices, which have long-lasting detrimental effects on the mental and emotional well-being of its employees. The impact of this manipulative culture cannot be overstated. It stifles creativity, collaboration, and productivity, leading to a significant decline in overall employee morale. The lack of trust and open communication prevents the sharing of ideas and hampers the potential for innovation. As a result, employees become disengaged and merely go through the motions, ultimately compromising the company's success. I urge Nomad Temporary Housing , UK to take immediate action to rectify this distressing situation. It is crucial to establish a safe and respectful work environment where employees are treated with dignity and fairness. Implementing comprehensive policies and procedures that explicitly prohibit gaslighting, bullying and any form of mistreatment is essential. Additionally, fostering open and transparent channels of communication, providing resources for employee support and development, and conducting regular training on emotional intelligence and conflict resolution are vital steps towards change. In conclusion, I cannot in good conscience recommend Nomad temporary Housing , UK office to potential employees. The toxic work culture, characterized by gaslighting, manipulative language, and silent bullying, creates an environment that is detrimental to the well-being and professional growth of its employees. Until significant changes are made to address these issues, I believe it is imperative to proceed with caution when considering employment with this company. This review is based on my personal experience and observations during my tenure at Nomad. Other individuals may have had different experiences, and it is important to consider multiple perspectives when forming an opinion. Surely many will agree and add more details.

Pros

Salary was bearable and commission is okay.

Cons

I cannot emphasise enough how disgustingly mismanaged this company is from the very top down. The owners, in their blatant indifference, have made it abundantly clear that employee well-being is the least of their concerns. The toxicity doesn't stop there—upper management echoes this sentiment and ensures that every lower-level employee is well-aware that they are thought of as never good enough. During my unfortunate tenure at this nightmarish establishment, I witnessed an alarming turnover rate, with numerous employees fleeing the sinking ship due to the unbearable mistreatment and bullying they endured; some only lasting weeks. The managers, themselves victims of a horrendously toxic work culture, are coerced into subjecting their employees to a level of mistreatment that defies belief—it's as if they derive pleasure from watching employees loathe their jobs. Micromanagement here reaches unparalleled levels of absurdity. You could flawlessly execute 99 tasks, and yet, they'll gleefully nitpick the one aspect that wasn't perfect, even if it was still commendable. They actively seek out negatives to feed back to you, deliberately turning a blind eye to any positive contributions you've made. If you value your mental and emotional well-being, I implore you: steer clear of this abysmal company. Save yourself from the misery and heartache that comes with working in an environment where hatred for one's job is actively cultivated. If you're considering joining this company, I beg you to reconsider—your sanity and happiness are worth far more than any job they could offer.

Pros

There are not many pros to lay about this company. They act like they are all about their employees but in reality is all about their pockets.

Cons

The owners - Gavan, Heather and Karl are all about making money for themselves then caring about how they treat people. They overwork the employees and establish ridiculous tasks that waste your time so it's difficult to get your work done. The managers fear the owners and will never back the employees. They make a job that could be enjoyable very stressful and horrible. They threaten to write up employees for any little thing.
