Pros
VP is one of the nicest people I have ever met. A genuinely nice person who wants to do good. If you can work under him, you would excel; however, the company is too small. Salary was standard and fair, but no paid benefits (no health insurance), I would have been better off $8k less annually WITH insurance.
Cons
No office culture and no desire to build one. Top management is aggressive, intense (not in a positive way), and unwilling to build any positive office culture. Everything this company does is "behind someone's back" in that people are always purposefully kept out of the loop, which rubbed me the wrong way. benefits except a few days off, which they think is "generous" but it's not.
