Owner does not trust employees, even those that have been there years. Majority of management seems very overworked and under appreciated. Was told they are very flexible, it is NOT AT ALL. At least a week long of (very boring) computer training but not actually able to apply any of that learning on the job and very little training beyond that. Owner doesn’t actually care about tenants just wants their money and not willing to take any constructive criticism. Expected to work 7 days a week but do not get paid any extra for weekend work.
Commission is nearly impossible to make as policies in place make it extremely difficult to find tenants willing to pay the prices they want. Marketing of the communities is seriously lacking, very stuck in the past and seem very unwilling to make any changes to that.
