If you are a member of the take over group you are safe. Everyone else is just a number.
Cons
Don’t expect to be engaged with, respected or supported. The only consideration they have is for money. If they are saving it they will do it. Ask any of their current customers and they will tell you they probably can’t afford to deal with Noni B much longer. The level of arrogance towards the staff, their customers and their suppliers I have never seen before in all my life. A confidential discussion is only that if it suits them. Expect to have your “confidential” details discussed openly with others. Don’t trust them and don’t waste your time thinking you can make a difference there. Management have their own agenda, don’t trust what they tell you and when they say “don’t worry” - leave.
