      Nice to start. Poor management

      Pros

      Relaxed environment. Nice to do internships and gain some experience.

      Cons

      Low salary. Lack of internal organization. The company prefers to hire new employees instead of investing in the current ones, even if they have a lot of potencial. Backward thinking such as not adhering to remote or hybrid work.
