Pros

Pay is competitive and higher than most places, but has to be for what they put you through.

Cons

The turnover in their Claims Department is beyond anything I have witnessed before. They have burned through more adjusters in the past few years than I can count. It’s an impossible workload in a perpetually understaffed claims department. This has been going on for years and nothing changed except the names of the adjusters working the files. You know what hasn't changed? The people at the top. Management. Management continues carrying on running this department into the ground, making no changes or any effort to correct their many missteps. When you have constant turnover like this going on for years and years, eventually you have to clean house at the top. But that’s not gonna happen with this place.

Pros

Excellent work environment. Everyone from management up to the CEO is approachable and supportive. They take feedback seriously and are always improving.

Cons

Health insurance costs are high if you have dependents. Raises can be difficult to obtain. Struggles to retain talent, so workload can be overwhelming.
