      Pros

      Colleagues were great to work with, polite and helpful salary was good.

      Cons

      Bad management, no leadership, massive blame culture and underhanded tactics by some managers. Job responsibility has a tendancy to change like the weather and conversations become aggresive when challenges made back or you show them up as being incompetent.

      Pay is not to bad

      Cons

      There is no training module, Health and Safety nonexistent,majority of machines do not work or are broken down,during nightshift everyone is sat on there phones,employees taking smoke breaks every hour for 15 mins.the place is a dump and I'm surprised the CEO hasn't knuckled down on it
