The company has a decent amount of other opportunities that allow growth of the personnel should there be extra time that requires extra manpower at another department Aside from that, there is work-life balance especially if additional studies are needed. I feel that if you want a competitive environment and also a place that allows you to grow, this will be a good place to be

There are times that you will have times that will be free and we have to find additional knowledge to supplement your unknowing knowledge

Good energy and positive collogues, we had fun working on projects together. Management is also fair and understanding. Move fast and think fast.
Cons
The company is growing very fast, so there are more new people that I don't know.
