      Nice people team, lovely people working there

      Cons

      the company doesn't care about the employees, you are just one in many. Only 20 days of holidays, no healthcare, no extras what so ever. No support to progress your career. The productivity is measured by the fact you sit and look pretty at the desk at 9am and leave the work at 5.30pm.

      Pros

      Good Team atmosphere and Staff all get along well, the Workload is shared across the full team so a team effort is required to get through the work on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Finish times are not set in stone, on busy days can result in working a little later to get the days work completed, but thats for the whole team and doesn't fall to individuals to sort. a late finish on average might only be 15 to 30 mins late and they're very few and far between, most of the time you finish on time or a little earlier.
