      Pros

      • I haven’t worked at any other similar companies but I get the feeling Norconsult offers a bit more freedom than the others. • The overall culture (I worked at the Stockholm office) is good.

      Cons

      • Sometimes the drawbacks of being a smaller company are noticeable in that it can be a very big difference in the work-load from one month to the next. • Like at so many similar companies, the senior management are very fond of communicating in corporate lingo and platitudes.

      A strong and supportive work environment. Helpful, collaborative, and highly skilled colleagues. Strong technical expertise and professional networks across the country. Opportunities to work on large, multidisciplinary infrastructure and energy projects. A dynamic workday with a high degree of variation in projects and responsibilities.

      Cons

      Less exposure to very large international projects. Location outside Oslo.
