Pros
Difficult to see any pros through the dark cloud of cons. I had some really great moments with my nearest colleagues, that's about it. It's a decent place of work for someone with 0 IT experience to get their first 6-12 months IT experience. Aside from that, stay far away from this company, and all it's sub-departments.
Cons
Cheating with contracts, extremely poor management, as someone else mentioned they exploit workers by low salaries and overwork. Expects workers to do everything and a little bit more than that for almost no salary.
