Pros
Nordstrom takes ideas and considerations made by employees and actually puts them into effect . They have great 401k , offer pet insurance , life insurance , all kinds of benefits here . Trainers and managers are so professional and respectful. They’re not allowed to yell or talk down to you .
Cons
Somehow people who have been with the company for only 6 months are allowed to become trainers . Some do earn it as they’re hard workers but others must be related to the manager . Just didn’t make sense to me .
