The small team is talented, at least were when I was there.
Cons
There really are almost too many to list. The office is in shambles, management does not invest in work environment. They talk a good talk about life balance and bonuses but it is all talk in the end. They are good at selling the idea of working there and the same goes when dealing with clients. They follow an agile based development process, working there it really just means no real project management and a sink or swim attitude. Pay is well below industry average, they get away with this by hiring a really young team, that probably doesn't know better. As a web developer you would be much better working for an established company that is honest about their culture and where they are going. 60 hour weeks and a pint at the end of the week really don't cut it..
