Childish CEO. No vision. No Technical knowledge. Thinks every task can be done in an hour. No Pay. 3 months since I left. Haven't been paid my last month's salary. Countless examples of similar cases before as well. CTO is a sketchy Bangladeshi guy who has very limited technical knowledge and is equally involved in the salary fraud. Lots of micromanagement, CEO works in NY, Soul, Berlin, and engineers/ designers outsourced to India for pennies. CEO wakes up in his sweet time and expects the team to work beyond the 8 hours specified in the contract. No room for discussions over any tech task. The CEO has opinionated and unreasonable requirements that could be simplified if only they were open for technical discussions.
