      Most of the Lead Team needs to be replaced or they will continue to have high turnover rate at this facility

      Pros

      Overtime Good benefits. Can move up IF you’re one of the gang.

      Cons

      Management is horrible. They bully people and completely have cut off access to people on the shop floor by building a new office and keeping the doors locked while they eat free snacks and drinks free sodas on the companies dime all day. Bad case of favoritism in this plant.
