Pros

Get to work with big Clients. You can work remote but I highly discourage this as it gives them too much opportunity to lay you off at any time.

Cons

Terrible management and awful communication between the clients and development teams is standard. Noral shorted me $1200 in my last paycheck. Middle management politics are heavily used. Delivery directors are not helpful and basically are overpaid chaperons with no real technical skill and understanding.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We work hard to be a great place to work but it's inevitable that we'll get some things wrong from time to time. Indeed, there was clerical error that led to the paycheck issue; however, that was resolved within 24 hours after discovering the error on our end. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience. Regarding the other aspects of your feedback, I would be happy to discuss in more detail with you if you would like. Please reach out to me at matt.munson@nortal.com to set up a time. - CEO, North America

Pros

Decent salary (coming with huge drawback)

Cons

Everything else, in particular: - People are treated like cattle - Communication is non-existent and mostly false in any case. Word of advise: believe nothing and noone in higher ranks. - Lots of overtime due to bad management - Getting senior increases your chances of being fired - Training.. what training? - Did i mention the bad management? - Strategy: hire decent juniors, pay less than they cost, then get rid of them and hire a new pack.
