Upper management is out right horrible, they all have their head in the sand. if you're not in the inner circle ...they will bad mouth you until you either quit from harassments or leaders fire you from hear say.
Employees are stressed and drained, communication is limited/non-existent, blame culture is pervading, and people are rewarded for unethical, harmful, deceitful, insupportable behaviors and actions. The few deserving of reward go unheard or are treated as disposable.
