I have been working at North Aware full-time (Less than a year) Interesting office environment, knowledgeable staff who are committed to the work. Working in a start-up is exciting, and management is dedicated to making sure customer service is well-trained. I’ve been at other companies where that is definitely not the case.

I have been working at North Aware full-time (More than a year) For most of my career I’ve worked at large established companies. This is a first time I’ve worked at what most would consider a startup. When I first started at North Aware I was nervous about whether I would be able to adapt to a startup type environment. But I’ve actually been pleasantly surprised. Have met a number of people at the company that I consider friends now and I’ve come to like the work atmosphere here. It’s exciting!
