      - Parking offered (paid though) - Tech used was decent - Most people care about the cause - Some food time to time - Paid on time

      Cons

      - People too into work, not much of a culture - Managers don't care much for staff - Overwork staff and rarely show appreciation - Lower salaries than industry due to NPO

      favouritism from managers office politics / gossiping no guarantee of hours no support no parking expensive benefits / no opt-out no further opportunities... managers want to keep you exactly where you're at
