      Good company culture, expanded a lot 2020-22

      Pros

      Company hires very high quality people which at a minimum means I work with people I like, usually hard working and smart. Warehouse & multifamily is expanding a lot, so that's a huge pro being the companies main business line.

      Cons

      We've grown a lot over the last few years which has made the culture a bit diluted, more hierarchy, less autonomy/more oversight, etc.

      Great culture and great perks

      Pros

      Internal culture is one of hard work and accountability. Company perks are great and include catered lunches, haircuts, massages, dry cleaning among others.

      Cons

      Workload can by heavy, but everyone is pulling their weight. Never feel like there's any "free riders"
