Supportive team environment – Colleagues are approachable and helpful, and there’s a good sense of teamwork. Learning and development – You’re given the chance to take ownership of tasks and grow your skills on the job. Established but innovative – The company has a long-standing reputation in diving and rescue gear, but still invests in new ideas and product development. In-house facilities – Everything from design to production is done on-site, which is great for understanding the full process.

Very toxic environment with obvious favouritism. Will make you do more work for less money, constantly making you feel like you’re doing a bad job just so you don’t ask for more money.
