      Great colleagues, good culture

      Pros

      Relaxed environment, everyone very friendly and wants to do a good job. Good pension. You get rewarded for hard work.

      Cons

      There are often quick changes made at senior levels that are not transparent. The knock on effect is that it can create a feeling of distrust amongst the more junior staff.

      Sallary and Benefits are great BUT Bullying and Nepotism are rife.

      Pros

      Fantastic Salary & Benefits packages. Flexi time for most office staff

      Cons

      Nepotism is rife. There are some great family values and ties with some of the staff but there are some connections that are pushing the boundaries. On top of this there have been a number of management positions "made redundant" and used as scapegoats when things go wrong. Lots of bullying and poor HR follow ups.

      Great colleagues. Good future potential with a change of focus to quality and safety on a par with shareholder value.

      Cons

      Staff seen as a number as opposed to a valuable asset. Weak, autonomous leadership Bullying nature Massive pay-gap between senior management and workers
