Pros
Great company morale, dedicated staff, commitment to product and customers, owner has a clear vision of his own but is also open to ideas and genuinely appreciates his staff. Great hours, fair pay, and an overall perfect place to work. The company is still growing strong and continues to outperform itself.
Cons
None. I am about to leave the company to relocate for family reasons, and the separation could not have been more amicable. Robby Wysuph runs a great company. I will miss it.
