Pros

I really enjoy working here! The atmosphere is friendly and supportive. There’s a nice balance of teamwork and independence, great cross-team collaboration. It’s the kind of place where you feel encouraged to learn, grow, and take on new challenges without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, it’s been a positive and rewarding experience.

Cons

Lack of proper training for new personnel

Pros

Convenient locations. Staff is nice. HR is super welcoming. Sliding scale for health insurance.

Cons

Pay is awful You dont start accruing time off for 120 and cant even request time off till then. Training is incredibly poor and you get reprimanded when you do things wrong. Everyone does things differently so, there is no clear direction. Communication is broken. Customers are verbally abusive. The lower you are in the company the more you are looked down upon. You have to look "normal" with a very strict dress code.
