Work atmosphere is somewhat alright and co-workers are good people

Middle Management is poor in leadership skillset. Raises are a joke. You can work hard and have a profitable project but they rob peter to pay paul. You can expect .35 - .50 cents per hour increase every year. No where near what the cost of living increase is.
