Pros

The people (who were there)!!!

The previous employees were great, however the dealership is run by clueless wannabe managers who have no idea how to run a car dealership on a daily even though they’ve been in the same company/industry for several decades and more focus on the “WOW FACTOR” aka Fake It Until You Make It Mentality!! There’s literally no process/training on how to do your work provided by the company, you’re trained by others who’s on their probation period, high turnover (at least 3/4 employees resign per month), managers who’s focus on making the show room look spotless rather than making sure the behind the scene is actually working properly to cope with everyday tasks. Con - Long hours, the pay is lower than the normal industry standard, being nano managed, incompetent managers, no structure, decisions are made randomly, no sick pay, no benefits, you’re expected to work above and beyond your job role and gain nothing financially back. You’re basically treated as a number!!!

Pros

Get to drive brand new cars.

Cons

Service department is a shambles. Constantly ridiculed and belittled. Numerous complaints made with evidence, nothing done to rectify. Other Service Advisors only out for themselves, with zero support for new starters or those with limited service experience. Do not trust the employees who will pin blame on anybody but themselves or management to support you. Long hours, OTE are impossible to obtain.
