The culture is so great. I’ve only been training a few weeks but I’m working with a great team which are there every step of training. I’m developing great customer service and sales skills. When I started I didn’t have much experience but now I feel confident with my communication ability. Amazing trainers and the managers helped me understand every step from the gate.

I’ve learned so much at Nova. I’m a recent grad but getting hands on experience I so much more rewarding. I’m constantly learning new things and even getting opportunity to travel even though I started entry level, can’t say enough good things.
