      Decent social culture. Lots of free drinks

      Cons

      Lower salaries for consultants compared to other companies. Internal advancement, while outwardly promoted, is blocked from happening and although guaranteed to be more responsibility, Nova will try to hinder wage progression.

      The company has been growing strong under the original owner's direction; however, new HR, senior leadership and new CEO killing the things that make this company great. Lots of opportunities. - Putting people into long term boring jobs under the MSP. Positive Impact On Community - removed fundraisers Great Company Culture - cancelling social events - removed internal employee representation and surveys. Perks & Benefits - Other companies are matching or betting Abundant Training & Professional Development - Limited by Covid. Outstanding Reputation - being watered down by new hiring practices Passionate Team - being removed by strangling team engagement Impressive Leaders & Role Models - beating middle managers into submission.

      Depending on what client work you get, what city your based and portfolio you’re in, you can have a great job or a difficult job. It losing its great culture in the name of growth. Too many non productive staff that don’t add value
