      Pros

      Some (but not all) teams and departments have great people.

      Cons

      - Middle to senior management has a terrible management style and scapegoats staff and personnel when something goes wrong. - Management is sometimes distant and unfamiliar with work being done. - Too busy to engage with employees - Verbal abuse is not uncommon - High turnover due to workload and senior management attitude. Making it difficult to retain top talent. - Bonus potential is not based on performance but rather on whether or not the manager likes you that day. - All about the bottom line.

      Fast paced company with great energy and fun place to work.

      You must be self motivated and not expect your hand to be held because everyone has a lot going on!
