Pros
The people are wonderful here. Kindness and respect were shown during the interview process and during work. Novigi actively helps staff grow their skills and enables them to advance to higher positions or even to change to different departments to allow staff to find the best fit.
Cons
There is plenty going on, so you will need to be able to change quickly to new projects as they finish or resourcing requirements change.
