Good work atmosphere with a relaxed and supportive environment. There’s no unnecessary pressure, and the team is approachable and collaborative. The CEO and team provide valuable insights, guidance, and strong support, making it a comfortable place to work.
Cons
The entire HR team feels extremely junior and unprofessional. It almost seems like there’s no senior-level presence to bring maturity, responsibility, or the level of respect an HR department is supposed to have. Instead of handling things professionally, the team often comes across more like a comedy act than a responsible HR function — behaving more like immature school teachers than employee support professionals.
