      Friendly teams but management prioritises billing over charity

      friendly teams at some offices, fleet vehicles for client visits, good opportunities for upskilling and specialising if you look for them

      Cons

      Management seems to have lost sight of "not-for-profit" and "charity" aligned services, pushing therapists to add more billing/travel instead of looking at why therapists are not meeting KPIs. Pay is lower than what you can get elsewhere
