Employee benefits are very important at novolos and the employer tries to find the appropriate ways to satisfy all of us. Besides that , you feel welcome from the very beginning.They treat us like a family.
Cons
I have not been with novolos that long so i can't tell about negative things. So far nothing that has disappointed me in a any type of way.
