Honestly, none worth mentioning. Working at Novum Bank might look appealing from the outside, but the reality is far less glamorous. The environment is heavily micromanaged, and the atmosphere becomes draining astonishingly fast. Communication is inconsistent, priorities shift without warning, and teams are left scrambling to make sense of decisions that don’t seem to follow any coherent strategy. Support from management is minimal, and the culture leans towards pressure rather than empowerment. Instead of fostering growth, the environment stifles it, making even highly motivated employees feel worn out. Career development feels more like a buzzword than a genuine commitment. The unfortunate truth is that the company has potential, but it’s buried under poor leadership choices and a work culture that burns people out rather than lifting them up. Until there’s a radical rethink of how employees are treated and supported, the experience is unlikely to improve.

Some very nice coworkers, and a lot of different nationalities, which makes it interesting to meet people from different cultures.
