Pros
Secure work, 1 case of water per week, some people are good to work with
Cons
Nepotism is rampant within the company. If you're related to, or good friends with senior staff then congratulations. If not then tough luck. Probably about 2 years behind market salary for their jobs, inflexible. Only WFH when you're at a certain pay grade.
