      Pros

      Co-workers are friendly (they are in the same situation as other employees in the company).

      Cons

      Employees are kept in old technologies. Software rarely gets released. The company owner is dishonest with employees and clients. The payrate will never bring together a team beyond that of rookies. The code base is spoiled by lack of design and best practices. The knowledge base simply doesn't exist with such high employee turnover. Vacations are never approved until days within the planned time off. There is little money spent toward bonus'.

      Interns Apply to Get Your Foot in the Door... RUN after 6 Months!

      Pros

      You will probably get a chance at a lot of responsibility and a chance to get experience since almost everyone hired is at an intern level, but employer will throw you into the deep end of the pool and expect you to perform at an expert level. It will be painfull and demeaning but if you survive, this internship will help you get a better job since this job counts as experience. Most employees are great to work with. Business, even though constantly on the bring of folding, managers to survive in that near death state for years.

      Cons

      Beware of the president and some other management no matter how caring and normal they may seem. They will make fake promises and assasine your character to others behind your back no matter how good of a person/employee you are. It’s not personal, this happens to everyone especially when you give your notice to leave.
