Cons
High turnover rate my 2 and half years there I saw over 60 percent turnover rate. Multiple rounds of lay offs. Saw 3 engineers move across the country to work at Nuburu only to be let go a month later because they made leadership insecure. Ownership is unappreciative and will let you know about it when things are not going well. Saw the vice president and production lead on many occasions openly make fun of a trans member of our team. ( was pretty disguting to witness / see the bullying.) Production lead tried to start a physical fight with another team member and ownerships idea to solve the issue was to let the other team member go. Very high conflict/ blame environment don't expect this company to last very long with the culture. Was told my job was secure and not to worry about being laid off ended up being laid off a week later not sure why they even had the all hands meeting letting everyone know there jobs were safe when they were not. Writing this review to maybe help someone to let them know there are better places to work.
