Pros

Sometimes there were people around to play ping pong

Cons

Horrible working culture, very cult-like, management vision was constantly changing and many projects get cancelled after months due to poor customer engagement. Most people who have enjoyed the culture haven't worked at a highly functioning company before. Great confusion as to who is in charge of projects due to the lack of communication

Pros

Compensation is close to market value (if you negotiate).

Cons

If you watched the documentary/show on WeWork - you will know where I am going with this. They even have the same slogan word to word - 'We are just getting started'. They have a very high turnover rate for both interns and FTEs making it practically impossible to have consistency in work or deliveries. If you like playing video games with interns, socializing all day, and throwing around buzz words like 'innovation', 'leadership', 'culture', etc. and do 0 work, this is the place for you! Proof: Ask them what is the most innovative thing they have done so far. It will be something like 'we got Spot to "try" fetching coffee' or 'we walked Spot on a parade for advertisement'. Oh! and bonus - the CEO and a few "leaders" are egomaniacs.

Pros

This company exemplifies everything wrong with unchecked egotistical narcissism and allowing a person who possesses these traits free reign. NPX's toxic work culture is rooted in exploitation, dishonesty and blatant disregard for human rights. Employees are treated as disposable assets, subjected to extreme retaliation for speaking out.

Cons

Publicly, this company touts diversity, equity, and inclusion, but internally fostering an environment that marginalizes and silences its voices. Allegations of labour violations, including overwork. and the overwhelmingly disproportionate termination practices of women of colour and women over their beloved men that have the correct race and nationality.
