Pros

The people I work with are exceptionally talented, devoted and highly skilled.

Cons

Ineffective communication, with limited consideration of team members’ perspectives in the decision making process, including the people doing the work Lack of clear direction from leadership. Teams are occupied with tasks, but there is no unified goal or focus. Consistently low nPRS scores, with minimal evidence of meaningful actions to address the problem, instead offering small gestures that feel superficial and dismissive. Multiple rounds of redundancies in 2024, including key contributors. Retention of individuals who primarily agree with leadership without question. One founder has already departed and rumours of additional redundancies in the near future
