Poor communication, no training. After supporting client alone on-site, was sent to their Toronto office for a week to see manager. 2 days when came back to office from trip, was laid off for no reason after working for them for 8 months, never had any complaint and was a permanent employee. Was told by other former employees that I use to work with that they were also laid off the same way for no reason. Was disappointment that a small business size company would had such a way, when big companies wouldn't fire a permanent employee for no specific reason. I will never work for a small medium company again.

- Can be quite stressful if you don't keep yourself organized. - Pay can be better and I don't think there's much room to grow. - HR is a revolving door. It seems like there's a new person each time. Now, they just ended up hiring one of the senior techs to be HR which is weird.
