      Pros

      Good for beginners to kick start their career. Gives exposure in lot of areas. Gives responsibility to interns as well. Lot of experience can be gained by working hard.

      Cons

      Manager is a bit inadequate in experience. Work life balance isn't there. Have to stretch for long hours.

      - Trains you on new technologies - Handson experiments

      Cons

      - less projects - so layoffs frequent - no manager position so talks are mostly intimidating - no bonuses except for 1-2 people - management makes fun of employees behind back to other employees
