Pros

I respected the field staff I worked with and the pts. Do not work at Nurse on call!!

Cons

Office was unorganized, management was rude and uncaring. They fired or allowed the great management to leave while the horrible ones stayed. They did not appreciate hard work. The office was very "middle school" all cliques. Your voice was not heard unless you agreed with the in house management. I was warned not to work there by many , many other employees that have worked there before me. I should have listened. Do not apply, it is the worst place I have ever worked. They do not respect or appreciate hard work. Most come and go so quickly, they demand too much of all employees while the upper management in the office is lazy and expects more than they give. This is by far the worst home health agency, my colleagues and myself would agree. Run away, do not apply save yourself the time and mental and emotional strain.
