      It's good as an entry level job and will get a chance to work with cross functional teams.

      Cons

      The work becomes monotonous and working project may stop any time so, will never get a chance to learn.

      Pros

      Very exciting place to work if you are creative, receive rewards if you developed new design or idea. Excellent support from the boss. Medical and 401K benefits. Also receive a small share on company when joining.

      Cannot think of any cons, if you are up for it then its good place to work
